  "body": "**Blue Collar Parts keeps every job in one of three places: Work, Sent, or Records.** The dashboard summarizes them, and the calendar shows what is coming up.\n\n## Work, Sent, and Records\n\nOpen [Work and records](/work). It has three lists:\n\n- **Work**: jobs in progress and completed jobs you have not sent yet. A completed job stays private until you send it. Jobs ready to go carry **READY TO SEND**; open one with **SEND RECORD**, or pick up unfinished work with **RESUME** or **BEGIN**.\n- **Sent**: records sent to the customer and waiting for them to confirm. ([Open Sent](/work?filter=sent))\n- **Records**: records your customer has confirmed. ([Open Records](/work?filter=confirmed))\n\n## The dashboard\n\nThe [dashboard](/dashboard) shows tiles for **CUSTOMERS**, **EQUIPMENT**, **IN PROGRESS**, **COMPLETED**, **SERVICE OVERDUE**, **DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS**, and **READY TO SEND**, with views for maintenance status and recent service events.\n\n## The calendar\n\nThe [calendar](/calendar) shows a **Forecasted schedule**: next service dates from completed service events, alongside the work already on the books, with a list of **UPCOMING NEXT SERVICE**. It is your own schedule; your customer is not notified.\n\nTo put a visit on another calendar, use **Add to calendar**, then **Add to Google Calendar** or **Download .ics**.\n\n## Look up a record\n\n[Look up a record](/lookup) searches your own account by serial, unit identifier, VIN, or customer number. Results are limited to your account.\n\n*Links into the app open your account. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in first.*",
