Blue Collar Parts — Cookie and Tracking Notice
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Cookie and Tracking Notice explains how Blue Collar Parts Company ("Blue Collar Parts," "BCP," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies (together, "cookies") on shopbluecollarparts.com and its subdomains. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information more broadly.
How we use cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential operation. To keep the Service secure, maintain a signed-in session, prevent fraud, process payments, and remember a privacy choice.
- Functionality and measurement. To remember basic browser preferences and understand, in aggregate, how people use and reach the Service so we can operate, secure, and improve it.
- Advertising and conversion measurement, when enabled. On the public Service, we may use cookies from advertising, measurement, and social-media partners to measure campaigns, understand conversions, and show or suppress advertising. We do not use technician-entered customer information, service records, free-text fields, uploaded documents, payment credentials, or claim-link information to build advertising audiences or target advertising.
BCP uses advertising technology from Google, Meta, and TikTok on parts of the public Service, for browsers in the United States that have not opted out. These partners may set or read their own cookies to measure our campaigns and to show or suppress our advertising. When someone who arrived from one of their ads submits a sign-up request or confirms an account, our servers may tell that partner so, using the partner's own identifiers together with the browser's IP address and user agent. We do not send these partners an email address, phone number, or other contact information for this purpose. We do not use these technologies on pages for signed-in accounts.
Your choices
You can control cookies in these ways:
- Privacy Choices. Use the Privacy Choices link in our footer to select "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" before BCP uses advertising technology that involves a sale or sharing of personal information.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a valid Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser. When an opt-out applies, we do not use advertising technologies for that browser to build or reach advertising audiences, except as needed to record and honor the opt-out.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you remove or block cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other parts of the Service from working.
If you opt out or send a Global Privacy Control signal, BCP limits first-party measurement for that visit to an aggregate visit count and does not retain an individual browser, session, or first-touch identifier for it.
Third-party services
Some service providers may set their own cookies when you use their services through BCP. For example, our payment processor may use cookies to prevent fraud and secure a payment. Those providers handle their technologies under their own privacy notices.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was most recently revised.
